Welcome to SahayPuja (operated by Sahay Consulting LLC). By accessing our website at sahaypuja.com or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Offered

SahayPuja provides digital platforms and in-person coordination for Hindu devotional needs, including Pandit booking, Vedic Kundali generation, Joint Online Puja participation, and spiritual consultations.

2. Appointment Bookings & Rescheduling

All appointment requests are subject to Pandit availability and schedule confirmation. If you need to reschedule or cancel a service, please provide notice at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

3. User Responsibilities & Pandit Registration

Users and registered Pandits must provide accurate, complete information during registration and booking. Pandits joining the platform warrant that all credentials and experience details submitted are truthful.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, custom software modules (including our Vedic Kundali rendering engine), graphics, and logos are owned by Sahay Consulting LLC and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
